Join us for our Fall Musical Theatre Intensive!

Mesmerized by everything on the stage? Join others who feel the exact same way in our fall class, “Musical Theater Magic.” In this six-week session, students will hone their acting, singing, and dancing skills with enchanting numbers from some of the most beloved Broadway shows. The class will culminate in a special presentation for family and friends on the last night of class. Pure magic!

Announcing our Fall Show!
- ECT will be producing The Drowsy Chaperone directed by ECT and York Alum, Helen Knudsen, this Fall!
This musical comedy parodies nostalgic 1920s American musicals and all their glorious gags and gimmicks. A lonely man shares with the audience his favorite record - the 1928 musical The Drowsy Chaperone. As he plays the record, the show comes to life in his apartment. With two lovebirds on the eve of their wedding, a bumbling best man, a desperate theatre producer, a not-so-bright hostess, gangsters posing as pastry chefs, a misguided Don Juan, and a drowsy chaperone, this wedding day musical is so ridiculous that even our host for the evening, Man in Chair, has trouble justifying why he loves the show!

Audiences loved this heartwarming tale of the little orphan who looked to tomorrow for hope. Our cast produced a fantastic show over 4 weeks and still have the music from the Broadway classic stuck in our heads!
