Registration is open to children in grades 5-8 who live in Elmhurst or attend Elmhurst schools.

Charlotte's Web Schedule

All Charlotte's Web rehearsals and performances will be held virtually.

Rehearsals
Rehearsals are Monday, Jan 11 through Feb 20, 2021. Please note: all cast members may not be called for all rehearsals. The director will release a weekly schedule for planning purposes.
  • Mondays 4 pm to 6 pm, including Martin Luther King Day (Jan 18)
  • Tuesdays 6 pm to 8 pm
  • Saturdays 9 am to 11 am

Performances
Performances will be on Sunday, Feb 21, 2021, one performance for each of the two casts. Specific times are to be announced.

Registration Information

All children registered will be cast. The children will be split into two fully separate casts with two separate performances.

Registration is not final until payment is received. Registration is capped at 28 children. If your registration is received after the 28-child limit is reached, your child will be placed on a waitlist.

$225 fee includes rehearsals, performances, show t-shirt and keepsake item. Payment info:
  • If paying by Zelle, please use treasurer@elmhurstchildrenstheatre.com, including the child's name on the memo.
  • Make check payable to Elmhurst Children’s Theatre, including the child's name on the memo line. Mail to PO Box 64, Elmhurst, IL 60126.

When you register, you'll be asked to agree to the following:
  • I give my child permission to take part in ECT programming, and I agree to follow the ECT Attendance Policy posted on the ECT website.
  • I give ECT and third parties related to this production permission to use my child’s photograph, voice, or video footage for publicity purposes.
  • I understand that the fee must be paid by the first session and that this fee is non-refundable.
  • The cast is capped at 28 children (14 per cast). I understand that if registration numbers do not meet the minimum that the program will be canceled and that I will receive a full refund. I understand that if there are not enough children to fill two casts that the casts will be filled first-come, first-served and that the second cast may be canceled with a full refund. If your registration is received after 28 children have signed up, you will be notified that you have been placed on a waitlist.
